Provincial bigwig, Eduardo Martos, together with the Mayor of Almuñécar, jJuan José  Ruiz Joya, announced that the Municipal Fire Department will be receiving two new vehicles.

Climber Rescued

Officers from the Guardia Civil post in Trevélez (Alpujarra) with the help of a local, rescued a mountain climber who got lost on the Sierra Nevada, owing to the fog and bad weather.

Flooding in Guadix
