Search for Missing Maro Man

Famiy and friends of missing Maro man, Miguel Ramírez Fortes, (known by his nickname, Luis el Reloj) organised a search yesterday afternoon, coordinated by the Guardia Civil.

Rain Damages Water Pipes

Isn’t it Ironic (a-la-Alanis Morissette) that after all this rain, six villages in the Axarquía have had to use water bowsers bringing it water as their main water-supply pipe was damaged by flooding.

The years of the drought seem distant thanks to this abundant rainfall, bringing to life hitherto dried up springs and even waterfalls.
