Los Granos de Cafe, run by the Swedish couple, is situated in one of the most popular squares in Almuñécar, so it is hardly surprising that Los Granos is a very popular venue as well for those that want to enjoy a drink and a snack to eat to the background tinkle of the square’s fountain.

Sandra and Jergan have made this little oasis work well, providing tapas and Swedish dishes from a tiny but industrious kitchen. Without doubt, their speciality is the shrimp sandwich – anybody that has ever tried one loves them.

The square is situated a stone throw from the Municipal Market and the Town Hall Square, making it a good resting spot after a busy morning in town.
