The Administrative Litigation Court in Granada has rejected an appeal submitted by Hermanos García Motril over the parking under the old municipal market.
The said company, which had the lease for the underground car park belonging to the building, was claiming 12.7m euros in compensation.
The company also had to repair defects in the structure as part of the lease contract, which is where the Town Hall claimed HGM had breached the lease terms.
The Town Hall Legal Department counted on the services of lawyer, Jorge Martínez-Echeverría, who has a track record of winning most of his cases.
