It seems like not everybody is glad that the hill-fire season is over, perhaps feeling a tad nostalgic… because there was another one of the First day of November!
This time, in was within the municipality of Los Guájares and by the look of the photo, it could near the entrance to Guájar Alto, but perhaps somebody who leaves in Los Guájares could leave a comment, because we searched with Google Earth to find an image that matched but couldn’t find one.
There is no further information on how long it took to put it out or anything else, on either their Facebook or Twitter account, unfortunatley.

I could hear the helicopters and smell smoke. But it must have been to the right of Alto. As you look at it. Always a good job done by the emergency services. I live about 2.8km from Alto. So didn’t see much.
