Such was the determination of a female thief to burgle homes that a court order had been served against her, preventing her from approaching villas in a small urbanización… which she ignored and was arrested.

In fact, she carried out eight break-ins within a 15-day span, targeting the same properties multiple times, destroying alarm systems, and using items like a concrete umbrella stand to smash entryways.
Being so heavy handed, she caused property damages officially valued at 4,732 euros and that’s not includeing the the value of things that she stole, such as binoculars, a bicycle, remote controls, and a credit card.
It was on November the 25th, 2025 that the accused committed her final two ‘jobs.’ One took place at 10.15h one morning, and the second, just an hour and a half later. During the first one, she ran into the owner and had to scarper. In both cases, she had scaled the the villas’ garden walls.
In June, a court in Motril sentenced her to four years in prison for repeated acts of burglary through forced entry, alongside a 19-month, daily fine for breaching her restraining order.
The Provincial Court in Granada rejected her appeal for acquittal, ruling that eyewitness accounts, and live security-camera footage provided solid evidence to justify throwing out her claim of innocence.
The ruling is not yet final, allowing the defence a final avenue of appeal through the High Court of Justice of Andalucía (TSJA).
