Two electricians in Almuñécar were injured when they received a high-voltage discharge whilst working on a fuse box in the garage of a 4-storey building on Avenida Don Juan Carlos, just before five in the afternoon.

Colliding Lorries and Road Works

Anybody that drove between Salobreña and Almuñécar yesterday will have noticed two things: a tail back owing to an accident involving two lorries, near El Barranco Enmedio, and the impressive amount of earth moving going on to stabilize the N-340 below Urbanisación Alfa Mar.
