Whoopee!

Well, lastnight the minimum temperatures in the Valle de Lecrín were 18ºC/19C whilst down on the coast, they were between 23ºC/24ºC but by 16.00h both the Costa Tropical and the Valle will be enjoying temperature around 32ºC/33ºC.

Wet, Windy Wednesday

Salobreña, following the lead taken earlier by Almuñécar and Motril, has activated the pre-emergency operational phase of the Municipal Emergency Plan.

Winter’s Here!

It’s about as ‘wintery’ as it gets on the Costa Tropical, i.e., single-figure temperatures at night, wind & rain. It’s Inland Granada that’s getting a real winter, though.

A Windy Monday

The Spanish, National Agency for Weather (AEMET) has issued an Orange Alert for the Costa Tropical tomorrow with winds expected up to 90kph.
