Guilty of Biting Doctor’s Buttocks

A man in Motril – it just had to be Motril – was given a year’s, suspended, prison sentence for having bitten a doctor’s buttocks, whilst being treated. This happened back in 2008 but has only just reached trial and sentencing.

The Missing Bridge

It was pitch black, around five in the morning and the headlights of the lorry didn’t pick up the gap in the road until it was too late – it plunged into the river. The incident occurred in the province of Toledo after heavy rains had literally swept away the main-road bridge.

Unpardonable

A 32-year-old man, who had been convicted of wife beating, decided to murder his 6-year-old daughter before hanging himself. The incident occurred in Campillos, Málaga on the 1st of April

Spanish Mortgage Law Update

On March 14th 2013, the Luxembourg Court of Justice of the European Union ruled against the present Spanish mortgage laws and will force Spain to adapt the present legislation governing evictions and foreclosures to EU directives.

Watch Out in Motril!
