A Day Out

We are blessed with what surrounds us in the term of countryside; we can stroll along subtropical beach or if we prefer, walk through mountains and lush-green plateaux. With a short drive we can take our dogs for a walk amongst pines forests, rimmed with frost on the north face of hills and yet sit and enjoy the sunny terrace of a bar on a paseo – we are spoilt.

Concert 500

Juventudes Musicales in Almuñécar celebrated last night its 500th concert, which was a great success, thanks to the bello concierto de opera offered by the Cantantes de Weimar with their sopranos: Mariya Seleznyova & Katja Bildt together with the baritone Michael Borth and accompanied on the Piano by Calio Alonso.

Nerja Street Work

The Nerja Councillor for Infrastructure, Antonio García, issued a press release to say that work on the connecting street between Calle El Barrio and Avenida Castilla Pérez will begin during the last week of February.
