The relaying of the pedestiran pavement alongside the main road between Calle Juan Calros I and Calle San Blas has finally been completed.
It seems wide enough to land a Boeing 747 on, which is not a bad thing and now this pavement is awaiting trees and ornamental shrubs to fill the large earth-filled sections set aside for them.
Also in place is the bus shelter and the public benches!
Walking up the pavement, I was amazed to see not one dog burger (excrement) on the new pavement surface and then it dawned on me why – the dogs find the earth beds a much more interesting target for their droppings, as do cats.
This might be a good idea in general to keep pavements clear of dog droppings; small areas of earth akin to cat-litter. Remember, you read it here first!
