The Lentegí Village Council is once again putting out to tender the lease of the municipal hotel-restaurant, following the withdrawal of the successful bidder from the previous tender.

The Village Council has opened a 15-calendar-day submission period on the Plataforma de Contratación de Sector Público for bids for the 10-year lease of this property for use as a hotel-restaurant, located on Calle Francisco Ruiz Aneas at number 17, at the top of the village.

The deadline is April 11, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Editorial comment: the Council doesn’t seem to be having any luck getting this property, built using EU and other funding, off the ground. Perhaps they are asking too much for a business premises witht difficult access in Río Verde’s smallest village.
