Lentegí Town Hall approved the lease conditions for a hotel/restaurant in the last Plenary Meeting of the year.

This refers to the structure that has long stood on Calle Francisco Ruiz Aneas, at the very top of the village.

Five mayors have come and gone since the 90s when it was built as a municipal project to breath some life into the smallest village in Valle Río Verde.

By the time that you read this the period for people to put forward there bids for this 10-year lease will have passed.

Mayor Fajardo said, “The hotel/restaurant is situated within the urban area of the municipality, next to the municipal swimming pool, which is a priviledge spot with panoramic views.”

He went on to explained that it has its own parking area and an entrance “convienenty” close to the pool, and that it is only a couple of metres from where two hiking routes start, as well as next to the sports area.
