Almuñécar Town Hall has put up to lease two businesses under the Paseo del Altillo; Los Bajos del Altillo and Los Bajos del Fenicio.
The two premises are Nº10, known as Versatil, which is within the Bajos del Altillo, and Nº4, known as Rincón del Mar within Los Bajos del Fenicio. Both of them are pubs/bars.
The Councillor in charge of Purchases & Leasing, Rafael Caballero, explained, “The Leasing Service has published the leasing conditions on the Contrataciones del Estado website and other relevant websites.”
He went on to explain that the lease is for 30 years. Rincón del Mar is 80,000 euros minimum and a monthly payment of 874.40 euros. Versátil, on the other hand, costs 120,000 euros, plus a monthly payment of 910.63 euros.
Both premises are located in an evening & nightlife leisure area, and are both vacant so the said councillor hopes that local business persons will enter tenders.
