An investigation continues concerning two men from Marbella that are believed to have set out to go fishing from Motril Port on the 26th of June and have disappeared.

The said investigation by the Policía Nacional began several weeks ago after the wife of one of the two men reported him as missing. She said that he had left home with a friend with the intention of going fishing out of Motril Port.

Port records do not show that their boat entered nor left the port. Furthermore, an S&R launch from the Servicio Marítimo de la Guardia Civil that had been sent out in search of the craft found no trace of it.
