We now have the timetable for people to go out to practice sports or just for a walk; from those over 70 down to minors.
It’s worth pointing out right from the beginning that for villages of less than 5,000 inhabitants there is no timetable, so you can go out when you want.
The second thing to mention before proceeding to the timetable is how far you can go. If it’s for sports, you are only limited to the municipality whereas if it is just for a walk, you can only go up to one kilometre from your house.
Sports and walkers over 14: 06.00h to 10.00h and then 20.00h to 23.00h.
People aged 70 or over and carers: 10.00h to 12.00h and then 19.00h to 20.00h.
Minors under 14: 12.00h to 19.00h.
Sports: individual, requiring no contact, once a day, anywhere within the municipality.
Walkers: accompanied by one person sharing the same abode, one walk a day, one hour, up to one kilometre from home.
Children: one hour, one kilometre and one adult accompanying.
That’s what we know for the moment, as the televised press call has just concluded.
Yes, there are obvious questions, such as, “If I go to the shops, does that count against my walking time?” Another would be, “If I am exercising on the beach by walking at a fast pace, does that count as sports?”
Tomorrow the Government will release publish it all in PDF format, when it does, we’ll let you know.
