The Guardia Civil has managed to identify the two suspects from the bank robbery that was carried out in Almuñécar on the 19th of April. One of the suspects, a 24-year-old from Málaga, has already been arrested.
The other didn’t need arresting because he was already in jail in Jaén – he had reportedly taken advantage of a weekend pass to carry out the bank raid. Not surprisingly, he is already doing time for robberies and already has a few under his belt, bless him.
The bank robbers managed to obtain a booty of 600 euros, by the way, but this information was not made known at the time of initial reporting.
Finally, at first the police were pretty sure a local man was involved, judging by CCTV images, but this was obviously not the case and that particular suspect has since had his fingernails returned… Just joking!
