Sunday the 14th saw the burial of Marcos H.M. who had been knocked over and killed in Malaga Friday night. Jayena is his mother’s home town and where his remains will rest.

Ecologistas en Acciones in Granada sent in a press release concerning a project to raise 7,000 minks in Padul for their skins. Their carcasses will be used as animal feed.

Twice Evicted

The Guardia Civil in Padul have arrested a 50-year-old widow, accused of carrying out a theft in a house from which she had been evicted. Her 24-year-old daughter has also been charged.
