The Mayor of Chauchina (where Granada Airport lies) was mightily dismayed to find out that somebody had hacked into his Facebook account.
The culprit or culprits had been sending out fake messages on FB Messenger to all the contacts on his account, pretending to be him, with in some case “fraudulent proposals.”

The Town Hall rapidly reported it to the Guardia Civil and immediately cancelled the ‘infected’ account under the name of Jesus Fernandez Moreno.
They then issued the following press release: “We ask that anybody who may have received a message from this account does not give away any personal information,” whilst at the same time recommending that social-media users be careful in general and distrust any unusual message that might arrive from accounts belonging to friends, family or acquaintances.
