A Volcanic Visit

The ambience of the Canary Islands is a little closer today as the huge plume has wafted our way in a much diluted form, so don't panic!

AND Volcanic atmospher TrailThe eruption of Cumbre Vieja on La Palma, besides firing out lava and ash, has also vented sulphuric dioxide and other goodies into the atmosphere and according to experts it will be heading over Andalucía, starting from Almeria and move west and inland.

Now, according to these same experts, the toxic elements are so dispersed in the upper atmosphere that its presence presents no health risk… but you can bet all those that have refused to wear a mask will now be wearing one – because Bill Gates no doubt owns the volcano…

Anyway, by the time you read this, exposure will have turned your gold fish into psychopathic, flying piranhas and your mother-in-law into a perfectly agreeable person, such are the quirks of mutation.

Lastly, and on a more serious note (almost) the catastrophe that is unfolding over in the Canary Islands has provoked news-media saturation, and there is little sense providing more coverage via the global empire of the Seaside Gazette, but the volcano-eruption consequences has now come to Costa Tropical, so we have made an exception with this.

I was going to wash the car, as well but I then thought, “Bet that bloody Alan is going to wash his and invite half the Sahara Desert over…”

My car has been covered in “Sahara” dust so often this year another dose won’t make much difference, I’m pretty convinced Bill Gates has bought the desert, and as my car failed it’s ITV this year you can be sure he’s bought the ITV testing station as well…….
