The autovía bridge over the Rules Reservoir will be closed from today until the 8th of November.
For those travelling to Granada and inland from the Costa Tropical, the alternative routes are the old N-323, via the Azud de Vélez Canyon, linking back onto the A-44 autovía at the Izbor junction or (for those travelling from Almuñécar or La Herradura) the Cabra road which goes up past Otívar.
For the rest of the duration of these scheduled roadworks on the said bridge; i.e., after the 8th of November, the bridge will be re-opened to traffic but on a single-lane traffic basis.

Go to one of the banks listed below, show them your passport and NIR*, tell them what sort of licence you want, when you want it to start from and how long you want it to run (1, 3 or 5 years). Give them the details of your obligatory civil responsibility insurance** and then will give you it on the spot.

It seems easy to get a sea fishing licence but I have heard not so easy to get a fresh water licence—why and what do I have to do?.
