There has been some good news for the affected homeowners on Carmenes del Mar after the judge ordered preventative work to be carried out.
The work, which will basically shore up the endangered buildings, will cost 4.5m euros and also entails an embargo of 3.6m euros against the nine accused.
The judge, therefore, has basically accepted the precautionary measures requested by the homeowners, pending the final verdict being finally handed down.
The emergency work includes maintaining internal and external access roads, as well as utility supplies such as electricity, mains water and sewage.
