After fifty years of generalized, if not imaginative, pricing, Motril’s 35 taxis are to have meters installed. The measure was approved by the Town Hall and fully supported by the taxi drivers.

Drivers are looking to the Junta for at least 70 per cent of the approximately 1,000 euro bill per meter, seeing as that august body will soon make meters obligatory in all taxis.
