That’s Disgusting!

The neighbourhood association for Salobreña Old Town held their ‘Spring Lunch’ with around 70 residents (most of whom were foreigners) attending, so it was a sort of inter-cultural lunch.

Fencing in the Pedestrians

The Almuñécar Councillor for Public Works, José Manuel Fernández, has had his department busy putting railings on street corners. The reason is to stop people crossing where they shouldn’t.

Now That The Summer’s Over

…The La Herradura maintenance crews are out, continuing with the task of renovating the pavement along the Paseo de Andrés Segovia. Work recommenced in front of the Hombre del Mar monument.

Torrecueva’s Turn

The Torrecuevas road is having its turn for a bit of attention from the Almuñécar maintenance department with the verges being cleared of excessive vegetation growing on embankments or poking onto the narrow pavement.
