It was around 18.30h on 29/11/15 that a middle-aged man on a mobility scooter ran right over an elderly lady and then fled the scene.
Consequential Death

The death of an elderly mother of 80 lead to the death of her 40-year-old daughter, who was physically handicapped. The mother died of natural causes and the daughter who had severe mental and physical handicaps died alone in their apartment days afterwards.
