Med Group Loses Court Battle

The Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía has decided in favour of the Nerja Town Hall concerning the Med Group. This ratifies the sentence handed down by the provincial law court in Málaga, which had rejected Med Group’s claim.

The Mayor of Nerja, José Alberto Armijo, has announced that work on the long-awaited sewage-treatment plant is about to commence. He added that a few doubting Thomases hadn’t believed that the 2014 national budget would include Nerja’s promised sewage works.
