A man in his early 60's fell to the floor in the Policía Nacional building in Motril where they process ID requests - he had had a heart attack.
If you going to have a heart attack, short of having one in an A&E Department in a hospital, a police station is the next best thing because they are all trained in First Aid and the installations have a defibrillator.

Several officers came to his rescue and carried out CPR whilst Hospital Santa Ana was immediately alerted and an ambulance sent.
The officers managed to get his heart restarted and him breathing again even before the ambulance arrived, something that the paramedics commended them on, remarking that their quick response was key to saving the 62-year-old man’s life.
