It's not the first time that Chef Iván Mateo from Restaurante Espacio IME in Motril, has carried out a showcooking event in Alcampo as he did one involving a whole tuna fish and how it is cut up into joints.
Using local products from the Costa Tropical, Iván and team (Kiwi & Pablo) showed how to turn out two mouth-watering recipes.
While the dishes are being prepared, he explains to those gathered around why each ingredient is important and its properities.
The ingredients included, fish and seafood caught on our coast and typical products grown here on the coast’s fertile land.
