The Prime Minister of the Andalusian Regional Government, Juanma Moreno, says that obligatory masks at all times are on the cards. This is the proposal that he will present before the medical committee on Monday.
Obviously, the measure will not include whilst at home but will be obligatory the moment you step out of your door.
Cataluña was the first autonomous government to impose this measure, making its use obligatory regardless of whether a safety distance can be maintained or not. Here in Andalucía it will affect most of its 8.5 million inhabitants – there are exceptions for medical reasons.

There is no scientific evidence to support the wearing of masks outside when one can
maintain social distancing is there? A genuine question.
Because if there is, then logically adults and children in their own homes on their balconies and in their gardens should also always wear masks because they are outside in the open air.
I’m not risking other people’s lives and dislike the language you have used.

Wake up folks. Don’t jump to the conclusions that fit what you already believe and do not believe anything online without proper citations.
Is wearing a mask really so inconvenient to you that you are willing to risk other peoples lives? And willing to spread false and incorrect information?
I’m wondering how we go swimming in the sea wearing a mask. Sounds tricky. If the WHO is right about transmission then I can see some areas attracting tourists by not enforcing masks. In my country (Ireland) it has not been mandatory to wear masks (will be on public transport from 13 July) yet the virus has been suppressed. Would masks have made it faster suppression? No idea. Evidence unclear. No one yet has seriously suggested the virus can travel 10 meters or more so there is a safe distance where masks are not needed.
I think there is a fear in politicians of being seen to do too little and cause needless deaths (Trump comes to mind) so they are over cautious with rules.
Maria Van Kerkhove of the World Health Organisation has said data from member states at the moment concludes that the transmission of Covid from people with asymptomatic systems is VERY RARE.
So why the draconian measures to enforce people to wear masks outside when they can practice social distancing?
What is the conclusive science to say people can spread the disease walking along a country lane with nobody in sight?
To me it stinks of unnecessary authority and control over populations by Governments.
