Dave and I were returning from distributing in La Herradura on Friday via the Punta when we came across a road accident involving two cars.

The municipal police were already there, directing the traffic around the two stricken cars, as was a recovery vehicle which was already removing one of the damaged cars.

The force of the collision was quite considerable on this narrow, winding road, leading on to suspect that somebody was going to fast and had invaded the oncoming car’s lane.

There has been no news of how many were involved or their injuries
