The maritime branch of the Guardia Civil has been out along Almuñécar beaches searching for a middle-aged woman who went missing yesterday.
Her shoes were found on a beach next to the Peñon del Santo (cross on the rocks); hence the search off the beaches.
The 50-year-old woman left her home late last night and was declared missing at five this morning.
