Calle Camino Barranco in Almuñécar is getting its street lighting sorted out, using the new LED system. The said street is the one next to Avenida del Mediterráneo and Barranco de la Cruz.
The work consists mostly of five new 4-metre-high lampposts holding 60w bulbs or better said, LED lights.
This was one of the last streets in the municipality with insufficient lighting; until now there were five streetlights along part of the road using standard bulbs, whereas now there are five more with the original ones being converted to LED lighting too.
