There was a collision between a motorcyclist  and two cars on the N-340, more or less on the Frutas de Cara S.L. warehouse junction, near the first Motril entrance.

As a result of the accident, which took place around 22.30h Monday night,  the 59-year-old, bike rider was killed instantly in the head-on collision.

A 63-year-old woman who was travelling in the car in the main collision was hospitalised. The driver in the third car involved escaped without injury.
