Violence by a local police officer over a parking fine yesterday at 13.10h on Costa del Sol Avenue Nº.3, Almuñécar.

The officer who was writing a fine out on the other side of the street thought I had taken some pictures of them and asked for my phone.

As I wouldn’t give it to him, he dragged me from one side of the road to the other, with the traffic that was up to where the local police car was parked and put the handcuffs on me and pushed me into the car.

He has booked me for Serious Resistance and Threats to Police Officer in course of his duty!

We are looking for witnesses of this act who were in the area at that time and heard me shouting. The hearing is on Monday 19th of August in court Nº1. at 10.30h. If you need more information you can send me personal messages (via Facebook).
