“90% of the information that we receive when we are driving is visual,” said the Head of the DGT, Salvador Alsina, adding, “there is a link between bad eyesight and 59% of road accidents.”

Furthermore, over-the-counter, reading glasses are really just dual magnifying glasses and are not a substitute for going to an optician to get your vision checked.
