Do you like cycling? Do you like boating? Well, why not combine them both and hire a Water Bike from La Herradura’s Open Water (Dive Centre).

Yes, there have always been peddleboats, but this is literally a bicycle configuration mounted on floats, which enjoys good stability and manoeuvrability. And you can take a child passenger, as they have a platform across the floats at the front.

They’re fast, so you can cover a good distance in the 2h30m hire periods, either by yourself or in groups with a guide. When your out with a group under the supervision of a guide they have frequent stops so that you can do a spot of snorkelling, if you fancy it.

Prices for Water-Bike hire is 20 euros per hour or 30 euros per hour for a guided tour.

The owner, who speaks English fluently, as his mother is English, tells us that Open Water Dive Centre also caters for Kayaking, Paddle Surf and Snorkelling, as well as Try Dives, Guided Dive Trips and PADI authorised Diving Courses for all levels
