The Policía Local in the city of Granada are trying to track down a hit-&-run cyclist who ran down a woman on a zebra crossing.

The incident occured on the Cerrillo in Maracena on Monday the 16th between 11.30h and 12.00h on a T-junection. The cyclist raced off leaving the victim badly injured.

It appears that the cyclist jumped the red light on a pedestrian crossing.

Witnesses who saw the accident described the man and what he was wearing but the police are asking anybody to come forward if they have information that could lead to his arrest.
