The Guardia Civil arrested a completely nude man in a public park in Pulianas (Granada) who had been masturbating in front of a group of minors.

Two mothers had raised the alarm by phoning the police at 20.00h on Monday the 16th.

The man, of Moroccan nationality, was immediately arrested and retained in police custody, so that he could appear before a magistrate the next morning. Afterwards, even though he is of no fixed abode, he was released pending trial because he has no criminal record for this type of offence.

Under Article 185 of the Criminal Law Code, committing Indecent exposure in front of minors or mentally handicapped persons carries a suspended jail sentence of between six to twelve months and a fine.
