The Councillor for Seguridad Ciudadana at the Almuñécar Town Hall has made it known that the mobile ITV unit for mopeds is in town next week.

The mobile unit, which saves moped owners having to go to Motril to pass their ITV examination, will be parked outside the sports stadium next to the padel courts during Monday the 11th and Tuesday the 12th of April.

Don’t panic if you miss it because it will return for the 9th & 10th and the 30th & 31st of May.

Not sure if your moped needs to pass an ITV test? Well, if it’s already 3-years old or two years have passed since the last one, then you need to get an ITV (road worthiness) check done.

Right, the times are: from 10.50h to 14.30h and 16.00h to 18.00h, except the 12th of April and the 10th and 30th of May, when it will be 08.50h to 14.30h and 16.00h to 17.00h
