Do you remember that we told you about the photographic competition involving tall ships and Motril Port? Well, the results are in.

There were three prizes for the best photos of the Star Clipper Mónaco, which berthed in October at Motril Port.

The accompanying photo is by José Venegas Muñoz, who took First Prize.

The Second Prize went to Miguel Lorenzo Vílchez and the Third Prize to Adrián Díaz Cardona.

The prizes were 200 euros for the top prize, a return ticket for two to Melilla for the runner up and dinner for two at the at the Club Náutico Restaurant Trasmallo.

The judging panel had to sift through 108 photos to reach their decision.
