The snowline began at 2,800 metres but was only two centimetres deep – the mud was deeper down on the coast, but never mind.
This is not the first snowfall of the autumn, but the third, with the first one falling on the 28th of September.
Well, not long for the skiing season now, eh?
Meanwhile, down on the coast, until we get snow on the Sierra del Conjuro, Sierra de Lújar and the Sierra de las Almijarras, you won’t be needing your winter gear, but once we do, it’s goodbye to the flies and mosquitoes! Whoopee!
