The Port Authorities in Motril held an Open Day yesterday (16th) with hundreds of people attending – as there was plenty to see.

Apart from having a nose around the port, there was also a guided boat trip around the port, plenty of activity workshops, and emergency demonstrations.

The Spanish Navy was present, giving nippers a chance to have a look around a naval vessel and “play” with a cannon.

Thanks should go to Cruz Roja, the Club Náutico Motril, the Port Police and everybody else involved in making it happen.
