The area water board (Aguas y Servicios) has moved its Salobreña office to Calle Blas Infante Nº17, which is close to the town’s geographical centre.

The Mayor, Gonzalo Fernández, carried out the official inauguration, together with the Head of the Mancomunidad, Jose García, and the Manager of Aguas y Servicios, Manuel Ruiz, amongst others.

The new office, which has 150 sq/m floor space and is fully kitted out, is open from 09.00h to 13.00h, Monday to Friday.

The Mancomunidad de Municipios is divided into four areas: Almuñécar, Salobreña, Motril and Contraviesa. The Salobreña office also covers Ítrabo and Molvízar; around 12,500 users with a total population that reaches 30,000 in the summer.
