Motril Councillor for Fiestas, Alfredo Ortega Tovar announced the coming horse show that will take place on Sunday the 2nd of November. The venue will be the Plaza de Toros and will commence at 12.00h.

Councillor Tovar explained that the company Viento Bravo will be staging the event, which will centre on dressage, Spanish, (vaquero) cowboy-style horse breaking, and long-rein cart disciplines.

A total of eight riders and twelve Spanish thoroughbred and crossed horses will provide the show, which will be accompanied by traditional, Andalusian band music and costumes.

The show has been touring the whole of Andalucia before reaching motril.

Those interested in purchasing tickets for the event can obtain them at the Calderón Theatre, as well as local businesses: Bar Aladino, Paladares, Molinero, Pienso y Cereales agroIngenio and Antonio Gómez, at a price of ten euros for adults and three for children between six and 12-years old.
