I’ve heard all sorts of shocking stories about men and women carrying out ‘revenge’ acts against their ex partners. However, Ryan Watenpaugh of Palo Cedro in California, USA, wins hands down when it comes to being one sick puppy in the revenge stakes. (Perhaps not the best choice of words…).

Watenpaugh is currently awaiting a court appearance after his ex-girlfriend reported him to the police for cooking her dog and feeding it to her. She explained to the police that Wacko Watenpaugh regularly assaulted her and that after one such assault she left the apartment, but on her return her Pomeranian dog was missing.

Apparently the couple had a brief reconciliation a couple of weeks ago and Watenpaugh played the loving boyfriend and cooked her a meal. But the food wasn’t what it seemed and she told police that she later received a text asking how her dog had tasted.

He then also allegedly left two of the animal’s paws outside her front door.

Police arrested Watenpaugh who immediately denied killing or cooking the dog. However, he was booked for animal cruelty, domestic violence, stalking and false imprisonment.
