Almuñécar and La Herradura now have new opening times for its Tourist Information offices, covering up to mid September.

The main office in the Palacete de La Najarra (Avda. Europa) is open every day from 10.00h to 13.00h and then from 18.00h to 21.00h.

The tourist-information kiosk on the Paseo del Altillo is also open everyday from 10.00h to 13.00h and then from 17.30h to 20.30h. In other words, it opens and closes half an hour earlier in the afternoon than the Najarra main office.

As for the La Herradura office, which is on Avenida Prieto Moreno (ground floor of the Centro Cívico), it opens from 09,30h to 14.00h and then from 18.00h to 21.00h.

All the monuments and museums in both Almuñécar and La Herradura have new times, which you can consult by ringing the appropriate number given below.

And, of course, that great travelling traffic obstacle, the Tourist Train, (Trópico Express ) is also operating, running along the seafront roads. It leaves Chinasol,On Playa San Cristóbal, every hour, at the top of the hour, starting from 19.00h, with the last one setting out at 23.00h.
