A 60-year-old man has died after losing control of his vehicle in Torrenueva. The incident occurred just after 01.00 am (today) Sunday when the emergency services were alerted to an overturned vehicle with the driver trapped inside.

Sources at the Emergency Services 112 Call Centre have reported that they received the initial reports of the incident at 01.12 today and sent firefighters, local police and the Guardia Civil.

Despite the efforts of the combined services, the male driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. At the time of writing this article there are no reports of other vehicles or pedestrians involved in the accident, and there are, as yet, no causes given as the the cause.
