We’ve all been a little bit disappointed with the service we receive on occasion. But it could only be in the US where staff fail to complete part of an order at a fast food restaurant and the customer, instead of filling in a complaint form, or asking to speak with the manager, he returned to the restaurant carrying an AK47 to get his point across.

The disappointment was brought on by staff forgetting to include the chicken wings that they had ordered into the takeaway pack. The customer, Antonius Hart Sr. accompanied by his son Antonius Hart Jr. was obviously pretty miffed with Pirtle’s Chicken.

On their return, staff did offer to replace the chicken wings, but Mr. Hart wanted more chicken to cover the fact he had to drive back to the restaurant and when staff refused, that was when he whipped out his AK47.

The police were called and duly arrested Mr. Hart and his son, as well as confiscated the AK47 and 24 rounds of ammunition.

You would think that staff and customers would be shocked and horrified and such events, but then we did mention that this happened in the USA… so staff didn’t even think it was worth making any comment and one customer when asked about the incident suggested it might actually buck up the customer service, “next time they better get them wings right.”

Oh dear.
