The Nerja Councillor for Infrastructure, Antonio García, says that in the last council meeting, improvements to Calle Carmen, where it links to Plaza de España, were approved.

The improvement work has a budget set aside of 60,000 euros and will include a change to the pavement, amongst other points.

Sr. Antonio García considers this urban embellishment as important, as it is the main link between the underground car park in the square to El Balcón de Europa; in other words, a well transited area by visitors to the town.
