Issues?

A transsexual, who is serving time at the Alhaurín provincial prison (Málaga) for having committed 48 serious or very serious misdemeanors, kicked the crap out of a female prison guard, after coming back from a hormone-treatment session as part of a sex-change process to become a woman.

That was on the 27th of February, but only a week later, she slapped a Guardia Civil around the ‘chops,’ as soon as he took her handcuffs off, which earned her new accommodation in the solitary-confinement wing for ‘conflictive behaviour.’

The trouble is that the solitary-confinement wing is in the male section of the prison, which some members of the workers union for state functionaries weren’t too happy about. However, the union board later backed the administrative decision of the prison, as her being in solitary confinement, means by definition, that she is not sharing with anybody; be they male, female, or anything in between.

Meanwhile, back at the women’s section of the prison, they’re not to keen to have there erstwhile companion back amongst them; in fact, they have presented a written complaint, expressing the fear produced by the said prisoner’s aggressive attitude.

The solution would appear to be a transfer to another prison for women where there is adequate installations designed to cope with aggressive female inmates – the female section of Alhaurín does not have any.
